This is Marimba Dads first recording project. Marimba has always been my most favourite percussion instrument and playing it with great musicians/dads like Murray Parker is always a pleasure. I Giorni is a beautiful piano solo composed by Ludovico Einaudi. Murray and I thought it would sound nice performed as a marimba duet. I hope you enjoy our interpretation of I Giorni with some beautiful scenery from Iceland. Please use good headphones or speakers to hear this properly. Marimba doesn't sound nearly as good through iPhone or standard computer speakers.
